Client: Algeria customer, Mr. Abdel
Project: Firefighting project in Algiers, Algeria
Year: 2024, 05
Background:
As an important country in North Africa, Algeria has been accelerating its urbanization and industrial development in recent years, leading to a growing demand for fire safety. The client for this purchase is a well-known Algerian trading company that has long been dedicated to providing high-quality specialized vehicles to local governments and enterprises, with extensive experience in the field of fire trucks.
The client had extremely high requirements for the performance, reliability, and durability of the fire trucks. After extensive comparisons, the client ultimately chose the ISUZU brand. The ISUZU GIGA tender fire trucks, with their powerful powertrain, stable chassis structure, and efficient firefighting equipment configuration, became the client's preferred choice.
The four ISUZU GIGA foam firefighting trucks delivered this time are built on the ISUZU GIGA 4×2 chassis and equipped with an ISUZU 350HP engine, providing strong and stable power to adapt to various complex road conditions and rescue environments.
The vehicles are equipped with an 8,000-liter stainless steel water tank and a 2,000-liter stainless steel foam tank, meeting the needs of prolonged and large-scale firefighting operations. Additionally, the vehicles are fitted with a CB10/60 fire pump and a PL48 fire monitor, ensuring efficient water and foam spraying even in high-pressure environments to quickly control fires. Moreover, the ISUZU GIGA tanker fire trucks are designed with operational convenience and safety in mind. The cab layout is reasonable, and the equipment interface is intuitive and easy to understand, allowing firefighters to quickly familiarize themselves with the vehicle and initiate rescue operations promptly in emergencies.
After production, the POWERSTAR factory conducted a series of rigorous tests on these four ISUZU GIGA foam fire engines to ensure their performance met the highest standards.
First, the vehicles underwent a watertightness test on the factory's rain test platform. The rain test simulated extreme weather conditions to verify the vehicles' waterproof performance, ensuring that the internal equipment remains dry and functions properly even in heavy rain. The test results showed that the vehicles' sealing performance fully met the design requirements.
Second, the performance of the fire pump and fire monitor was thoroughly tested. By simulating real firefighting scenarios, the test team verified the flow rate and pressure stability of the fire pump, as well as the range and accuracy of the fire monitor. All test results met or exceeded expectations, further proving the outstanding performance of the ISUZU GIGA foam fire trucks.
The success of this collaboration is attributed to the client's long-term trust in POWERSTAR. As a professional manufacturer and exporter of ISUZU firefighting trucks, we are committed to providing high-quality specialized vehicle solutions to its clients. From vehicle customization to factory testing and logistics, the POWERSTAR team offers professional services throughout the process to ensure customer satisfaction.
