The superstructure of this ISUZU FVR fire pumper truck embodies professional firefighting design principles. Both the 5,000L carbon steel water tank and 1,000L stainless steel foam tank are constructed with 5mm thick plates and internal anti-slosh baffles to ensure stability during transit. The tanks feature DN500 quick-opening manholes, DN65 overflow ports, and DN40 residual water outlets for easy maintenance. The rear-mounted Shanghai Xiongzhen CB10/40-XZ fire pump, with its cast aluminum alloy body and stainless steel shaft, maintains stable 40L/s output at 1.0MPa pressure. The piston-type primer pump achieves ≥85kPa maximum vacuum with priming time under 50 seconds, ensuring rapid response.
The fire suppression system of the ISUZU FVR medium fire vehicle is comprehensively designed for practical effectiveness. The roof-mounted PL8/32 fire monitor reaches 60m (water)/50m (foam) with 360° horizontal and -45° to +70° vertical movement. A JPSC1.6-25/30 high-pressure hose reel with 30m DN25 hose and ≥120L/min spray gun is installed on the pump room's right side for flexible close-range firefighting. The pipeline system uses premium seamless carbon steel pipes with DN150 suction inlets and DN65 discharge outlets on both sides for reliable water supply. A specially designed PTO cooling system effectively extends continuous operation time.
The ISUZU FVR tanker fire truck incorporates multiple optimizations for operational convenience and safety. Both the pump room and equipment compartments feature aluminum roll-up doors with interior lighting. A two-section folding aluminum ladder at the rear (≤450mm ground clearance) facilitates quick access. The equipment compartment includes customized storage slots, while side toolboxes provide convenient small gear storage. Anti-slip roof patterns and specially designed pedals create a safe working platform. The air-conditioned cabin significantly improves comfort during extended operations.
