Water tank and foam tank volume is opitonalThe ISUZU firefighting truck, as a crucial member of special-purpose vehicles, is specifically designed for firefighting and emergency rescue operations. It not only rapidly transports firefighters and equipment but also integrates multiple professional fire suppression systems to effectively combat various fire hazards. The ISUZU GIGA foam fire truck, with its excellent chassis performance and modular design, stands out as an ideal solution for municipal firefighting and industrial protection.
Built on the GIGA 4×2 chassis, this ISUZU fire engine truck is powered by a 6UZ1-TCG61 inline six-cylinder diesel engine with a displacement of 9.8 liters and a maximum output of 380HP, paired with a FAST 12-speed manual transmission for smooth and robust power delivery. The left-hand drive configuration, along with a double-row cabin accommodating multiple firefighters and an air conditioning system, ensures comfort during extended operations.
The ISUZU GIGA pumper fire truck features a comprehensive fire suppression system: large-capacity water and foam tanks for storing both water and firefighting foam; a high-pressure fire pump for rapid water supply setup; and a combination of fire monitors and hoses for long-range projection or precise firefighting. Additionally, the vehicle is equipped with rescue tools, emergency lighting, and first-aid medical equipment, enabling it to play a vital role in traffic accident rescues and natural disaster responses.
Core Firefighting Systems Include:
• Liquid Storage System: An 8,000-liter water tank and a 2,000-liter foam tank, both constructed from 304 stainless steel with internal baffle plates to ensure liquid stability during movement. Total liquid capacity reaches 10 cubic meters.
• Fire Pump System: The CB10/60 normal-pressure fire pump delivers a rated flow of 60L/s and a maximum working pressure of 1.0MPa, capable of priming water within 50 seconds at a suction lift of 7 meters. The pump room is equipped with a 125mm inlet and dual 75mm outlets to support multiple hose operations simultaneously.
• Fire Monitor System: The roof-mounted PL8/48 fire monitor provides a rated flow of 32L/s, with a water range ≥70 meters and a foam range ≥60 meters. The monitor rotates 360 degrees horizontally and adjusts from -15° to +60° vertically for full coverage.
