High passability chassis: Adopts all-terrain off-road chassis 6x6, equipped with central charging and discharging system, differential lock, and high-torque engine, adapting to complex road conditions such as mountainous and muddy roads.
Power redundancy design: The FAW fire command support truck is equipped with a dual-engine system, with the main engine driving the vehicle and the auxiliary engine powering the on-board equipment to ensure continuous operation of the equipment under extreme conditions.
Vehicle structure
Modular cabin: Made of lightweight alloy or composite materials, the cabin is divided into driving area, command area, and equipment area. A panoramic observation window or a lifting observation platform is set on the top to facilitate fire situation observation.
Protection design: The exterior of the vehicle body is coated with a fireproof and high-temperature resistant coating (such as ceramic-based coating), the chassis is equipped with an explosion-proof fuel tank and puncture-proof tires, and the windows are multi-layer explosion-proof glass.
Command and communication system
Multi-band integrated communication: integrated ultra-short wave (U/VHF), satellite communication (such as Beidou, maritime satellite), public network (4G/5G), Mesh ad hoc network radio, supporting voice, data, and video transmission.
Situation awareness terminal: access to satellite remote sensing fire point data, drone aerial photography, ground sensor information, and generate a three-dimensional situation map of the fire scene in real time through the GIS system.
Mobile command platform: built-in multi-screen display console, support video conferencing system (compatible with fire-specific encryption protocol), electronic sand table simulation, and resource scheduling management software.
Auxiliary support system
Independent power supply system: equipped with large-capacity lithium battery pack + diesel generator, supporting off-grid operation for more than 72 hours, and some models are integrated with solar folding panels to supplement power supply.
Environmental adaptability equipment: The on-board air conditioner has dust filtration function, the internal positive pressure fresh air system prevents smoke intrusion, and is equipped with emergency oxygen device.
Material storage cabin: stores portable satellite stations, individual communication equipment, emergency medical kits, gas masks, etc. Some models are integrated with small fire-fighting robot transport cabins.
