HOWO 6×6 Dry Powder Fire Truck Operating Procedures
(I) Foam Spraying Operation Procedure:
1. Start the vehicle, depress the clutch, and engage the pump gear. Release the clutch.
2. Turn on the main power supply and the system switch.
3. Open the rear water intake valve and the foam proportioner control switch, setting it to automatic mode.
4. Open the foam inlet valve and the foam induction valve. The foam ratio can be adjusted manually.
5. After use, close the foam inlet valve and the foam induction valve.
6. Open the foam rinse valve to flush out any remaining foam in the pipes.
7. After rinsing, close the foam rinse valve, the foam proportioner control switch, the rear water intake valve, and the system switch.
8. Turn off the main power supply.
9. After completing operations, depress the clutch, disengage the pump gear, release the clutch, and turn off the vehicle.
(II) Dry Powder Sparying Operation Procedure:
1. Open the vertical nitrogen cylinders one by one. If the pressure is insufficient, continue opening additional cylinders.
2. Open the shut-off valve and observe the pressure gauge. Once the pressure reaches the required level, open the tank gas valve.
3. Monitor the tank pressure until it reaches 0.5-1 MPa.
4. Unroll the dry powder gun, ensuring the hose is not tangled and remains unobstructed.
5. Open the gun discharge valve to release the dry powder.
6. After use, close the gun discharge valve and open the blowback valve to clear any remaining powder from the hose.
7. Once complete, close the blowback valve and open the exhaust valve to release any residual gas from the tank.
8. Open the blowback valve again for a final purge, then close it.
9. Retract and secure the hose properly.
Product Features
