Chassis and power system
• Chassis platform: Built on the Isuzu GIGA series 6x4 heavy-duty drive chassis, the chassis is famous for its durability, high passability and excellent load-bearing capacity. At the same time, the weight and size of the dry powder gun are reasonably designed, easy to carry and operate. Fire extinguishing mechanism of dry powder system
Dry powder fire extinguishing system mainly relies on the physical and chemical properties of dry powder to achieve fire extinguishing. Dry powder is a kind of dry particles made by grinding some inorganic salt solid substances (such as baking soda, ammonium phosphate, etc.) and a small amount of additives used to improve the storage and use performance of fire extinguishing agents (such as moisture-proof agents, anti-caking agents and flow promoters, etc.). These particles can quickly react with free radicals and oxygen in the flame during the fire extinguishing process, thereby interrupting the combustion chain, reducing the flame temperature, and achieving the purpose of fire extinguishing.
1. Chemical inhibition:
When the dry powder comes into contact with free radicals in the flame (such as OH· and H·), it can quickly capture these free radicals, thereby interrupting the chain reaction of combustion and extinguishing the flame.
2. Isolation effect:
Dry powder particles form a covering layer on the surface of the burning object, blocking the contact between the flame and oxygen, thereby achieving the purpose of fire extinguishing. This isolation layer can also effectively prevent the occurrence of re-ignition.
3. Cooling and dilution effect:
Some types of dry powder (such as sodium and potassium salt dry powder) will absorb some heat in the combustion zone and release water vapor and carbon dioxide gas, which will cool and dilute the combustible gas.
