Electric remote controlThe Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting Vehicle (ARFF) is a specialized firefighting vehicle designed for airports, primarily used to respond to fire incidents that may occur during aircraft takeoff and landing. It is the first firefighting and rescue vehicle to arrive at the scene of an aircraft accident. Compared to the main foam firefighting vehicle, the rapid intervention vehicle has a relatively smaller capacity but is faster and more agile. Before the main foam vehicle arrives at the accident site, it reaches the scene first, initiating firefighting efforts to control the fire and prevent it from spreading.
The PT5360GXFKD AFRR truck is specifically designed for such scenarios, with performance that meets or exceeds the highest requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) for airport firefighting vehicles. It can carry approximately 12,000 liters of water and 1,500 liters of firefighting foam, with a water pump flow rate of 6,000 liters per minute and an electric remote-controlled water cannon range of up to 80 meters. The vehicle features a mid-mounted steering wheel layout, a width of over 3 meters, and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just about 30 seconds when fully loaded, with a top speed of 115 km/h. It can even perform firefighting operations while chasing a taxiing aircraft.
Compared to ordinary fire trucks, ARFF vehicles have significant differences. First, ARFF vehicles require extremely high mobility and rapid response capabilities to reach the scene within the critical time frame of an aircraft accident. Second, ARFF vehicles have more complex and powerful firefighting systems, capable of handling fuel fires, electrical fires, and ordinary fires simultaneously. Additionally, ARFF vehicles have a more compact body design, allowing them to maneuver flexibly on airport runways, while being equipped with advanced lighting and warning systems to ensure efficient operation at night or in low-visibility conditions. The PT5360GXFKD is an advanced ARFF model that meets these requirements.

Features and Functions of ARFF Vehicles
1. Rapid Response: ARFF vehicles are equipped with powerful powertrains and high-performance engines, enabling them to respond quickly to emergencies and reach the accident site promptly.
2. Large Water Supply: ARFF vehicles are typically equipped with large-capacity water tanks and high-power water pumps, providing a substantial water supply to extinguish fires rapidly.
3. Foam System: In addition to water, ARFF vehicles are equipped with foam systems that generate abundant foam for fire suppression, isolating fire sources and preventing fire spread.
4. Dry Powder Fire Extinguishing Agent: ARFF vehicles can also carry dry powder fire extinguishing agents to combat specific types of fires, such as oil fires.
5. Flame Detection: ARFF vehicles are equipped with advanced flame detection systems that can quickly identify fire sources and guide firefighters to extinguish them accurately.
6. Rescue Equipment: ARFF vehicles are typically equipped with life-saving gear, such as rescue ropes and stretchers, to facilitate personnel rescue operations.
7. Emergency Lighting: ARFF vehicles are also equipped with powerful emergency lighting systems to ensure effective rescue and firefighting operations at night or in adverse weather conditions.
